Closing remarks for Plenary Council 2016
We have come to the end of our programme. We have worked hard and well for eleven days. We also enjoyed a very pleasant outing to Elmina last Sunday. I can confidently say that we have achieved our task.

Ninth day of the plenary council
Three times per week the PC participants begin their day with Lectio Divina combined with Morning Prayer. The other mornings begin with Morning Prayer alone.

Sixth day of the Plenary Council
Yesterday evening (Friday, June 3, Day 5), Archbishop Peter Kwasi Sarpong, Archbishop Emeritus of Kumasi, became an honorary member of the Society of African Missions, through the Region of Ghana, during the mass for the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

There are two important things that take place at SMA meetings like the Plenary Councils, Regional Assemblies and Provincial Assemblies.
