Gulf of Guinea District-in-Formation was established in October 2008 and covers the territory of Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso and Sierra Leone now. The GGDF has 67 permanent members, 36 temporary members and 49 other students. It has its headquarters in Lome, Togo. GGDF members come from these countries mentioned above except Sierra Leone.
